Returns & Refunds Policy

At Meme Clothes, we want you to be happy with your T-shirt. If something isn’t right, here’s how to return it.

You can cancel your order without giving a reason by contacting us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Email info@meme-clothes.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions like return address on  your eligible return email confirmation.

You can try your T-shirt on as you would in a shop. Please return it clean, with any tags still attached and original packaging where possible.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item—for example, wearing, washing or altering it.

You are responsible for return postage when you change your mind or order the wrong size. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return postage.

Please keep proof of postage until your return has been resolved.

For cancelled orders, we’ll refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If you cancel your whole order, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge. 

Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Please contact info@memeclothes.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and, where helpful, photos so we can resolve it.

We’ll provide the refund, repair or replacement you’re entitled to under applicable consumer law. The change-of-mind return deadline does not limit your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

If you need a different size or design, contact us to check availability and arrange the next steps.

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised—such as a T-shirt printed with your own name or image—cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Sale items have the same return and refund rights as full-price items.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
